Things are good, but I'm afraid

Hello folks, ltns. Things are going wonderfully right now. My bp is under control. I just hired an immigration attorney who will help me get established in Canada with my husband. I have prospects of work. I am getting along with my husband's family. The wedding planning (we are having a church wedding besides our civil one) is going well. the list goes on...
I am worried, because the last time things were going well, something really bad happened. My car was destroyed, and I had to use all my wedding savings at the time to buy another one (which was no longer usable after six months). Now, whenever I need a car, I borrow my husband's, but that is beside the point. What will happen to destroy these good times? It seems like times are never good for long, so I'm worried. For one, both my parents are in ill health, so I could lose them. Or, something else could happen...
Why do I have to worry? Why do I have to believe that things can never just be good, that someone up there always makes sure my life is challenging? Doesn't God love us and want the best for us at least sometimes?
Express.
