Medicare drug cards

Well folks, it finally happened. I have been living in Canada for five months, and while I don't know if that is the reason, New York state cut off my Medicaid, which was the only way I had to pay for pdoc/tdoc visits and medication. I still have Medicare though (I guess so long as the U.S. govt. is in the dark about my living situation). With Medicare, I can drive 80 miles to Buffalo and see the pdoc and tdoc for an affordable price. But for drugs? The clinic is giving me what samples they can, but I have to buy many of them out-of-pocket right now, which means well over US$100 a month (can't get them in Canada, gee, thanks U.S. drug companies and the politicians who are your bed buddies!)
SO,
I am applying for the one of the new Medicare drug cards, which will mean I can afford my drugs (or so I hope). I didn't understand how a lot of it worked, but finally, Humana Enhanced seemed like the best plan, so that was the one I applied for. Does anyone else know about the plans and if I made the right choice? Anyone else have any other comments?
Express!
