Rick left today

Hi Ladies.
Rick left for Iraq just a couple of hours ago. It was really, really hard on all of us. So far I have held it together ok. Although I had to wait in the parking lot with another spouse for 45 minutes because neither one of us were fit to drive. The girls have been gushing tears, which will only get slightly better as the deployment goes on. I know I will lose it when I go to climb in my empty bed. I love this man so much it hurts. He brushes my hair, makes breakfast and dinner on his days off. He tucks the girls in every night he is home.

((((((((((((((((((Cyn))))))))))))))))))))) All my hugs, prayers and positive thoughts are going out to you, Rick and the girls tonight. I can't even begin to imagine what it is like.
We are here for you. I get real clumsy with words and don't want to say something that will upset you further. Just know we love you here. And will support you as best we can.
Love & Hugs,
Traci
Cyn, I love you...I never got your email as to where you are, but send it to kelir123@excite.com and we will get together when you are up to it, since we are SO close. You have ALL my prayers, every day.

God could not be everywhere, so
Hi Traci,
Thank you so much for your support.
Last night was really hard. I think all three of us cried ourselves to sleep.
I won't hear from him until he is in country. That might not be for a few more days.
This isn't the first time he has left, and I know it won't be the last time. *sigh*
I will go with them, since I am in love with a military man.
How have you been doing?
Take care.
Love and hugs,
Cyn
Hi Keli,
Thank you for your support. I love you too.
Check your e-mail.
How are you doing?
Love you,
Cyn
Hi Donna,
Thank you
I'm pretty good.
God could not be everywhere, so
Hi Donna,
There is no way I can sleep with my kids. When they were younger yes, now no. They are very active movers when they sleep. Just this morning Laura was sleeping with her head at the foot of her bed, with a foot and arm hanging off. I always hurt more after they sleep with me.
Really the girls prefer sleeping in their own beds, excpet when they are sick, they sleep with us.
We have made their rooms into their sanctuaries. They each have a shelf stereo, books, and toys. For Christmas they got door beads. I always know when they are coming out of, or going into their rooms. LOL
I am waiting on a finished siggy to go with the ticker. I just wish I could put a end date on there. I am so glad you are feeling better. We all got a little sick from being with Rick's family Christmas. I am still a little sick, but it isn't too bad.
I got to go, the girls are up and hungry. Have a good day.
Love you,
Cyn
gotcha...wish my son would sleep in his own bed...I'd probably feel even better, getting the good sleep I've needed in three years !!!
