finally doing good...not manic in the least...depression around the edges, but nothing really...just good. i've gained a few pounds...probably mostly from pms and bloating...but its okay. i'm not freaking out...if i never lose my weight, i'll be fine. that's the mood i've found today...finally some peace. its good.
i'm so happy you lost half a pound!!! go pick up half a pound of sugar! that's a lot, and imagine that that's not on YOU anymore...you go, girl!
keli...i'm serious about taking those vitamins for pms.either evening primrose oil when you feel it coming on(2 in the morning & 2 in the evening)or the vitamin packs they sell in the drugstore.i swear i didn't even know my period was coming.it took the physical pain away at least.i don't know about you but i'm too old to use any of the birth control options for pms.it seems like all the new options out there are for people under 35. i remember going to my gyn & asking for a new diaphram & he treated me like a dinosaur."no one uses THOSE anymore"...i said well what do women over 40 do for birth control?he said IUD...i said how much does that cost?"300$ just for the device(not covered by insurance) no thanks. fortunately i can't stand h enough that that's no longer a problem. try the vitamins.they don't intefere w/ the meds.
how are you?
