Updated Beginner's Guide--looking for input and any additions!

What about a product reccomendation list? Like "Items that have saved our sanity."? To read abot different hands-free or comfort products, etc.?

It looks great and the bolding, etc is really helpful. I think one thing that would be important to add is HOW to find the right sized horns. It's mentioned a lot to make sure you have the right sized horns but doesn't tell you what that means-how should they fit before and during a pump? I have found a lot of opinions on this and I'm really confused about it!
