what else can go wrong???

I should have stayed in bed today! First there is basically nothing to do here, they haven't loaded anything in the computer lately so I have been basically sitting here twiddling my thumbs. Then I started going thru my purse to find the check card and found out my dh took it this morning without telling me-so no lunch for me today. And someone is eating Chinese food and it smells GOOD! waaaaaaaaaaaa!
Then I called the pharmacy to get my Ambien refilled because I am completely out, and was told that my ins. company now require it to be pre-authed. Several phone calls later (and a LOT of holding) they said it would take close to a week before I can get it refilled. My pdoc has no samples so I can now look forward to a nice loooong week of sleepless nights. I am hoping taking an extra Xanax might help.
The anxiety took over yesterday so I had to leave work early. Right now I am too angry to be anxious but I suppose it will find it's way back before too long.
OK--I know...I'm being very GRUMPY and negative today. I'll quit moaning! For now!

hey, we all have our days to be cranky and negative, so
God could not be everywhere, so
Hugs, Jodie. Having a similar day. All crummy, stupid little things that have added up to make me a crank! My DS8 is in an electric wheelchair and the charger is busted so he left for school with very little battery power. Meantime, I had to be in court first thing this morning for a very brief appearance, after which I rushed to the Children's Hospital to get a loaner battery charger, which they had. I rushed it over to his school, figuring that while they're having lessons his chair could charge so during lunch he could go outside and play with his friends. His paraprofessional called me this afternoon to tell me that they had some kind of accident with the charger and long story short, it's busted. So tomorrow, I have to jackass back to the Children's Hospital and get another loaner. But his paraprofessional has this annoying habit of laughing when she's nervous or something, and she called to tell me the charger was broken and she was laughing and I just wanted to shout "hey b#tch? It ain't funny." And I really do like this woman and she's an awesome aide for my son, but the laughing is annoying.
Some of my clients are driving me nuts. They hire me as an attorney and then proceed to do all kinds of things that I expressly tell them not to, but don't do the things I've expressly told them they must do. I cannot keep these people out of their own way!!!!
My DH is traveling and that means that after this annoying day I've got to go home and make dinner, oversee the homework production and get the kids to bed - which is pretty physically taxing given my DS8's disabilities. Then I'm planning to do an hour or so of yoga, pray and go to sleep. Oh yea, my DS8 wakes up several times throughout the night to be repositioned (poor babe can't even roll over on his own) and he has breathing issues that often wake him up.
I'm tired just thinking about the evening. Sigh. Didn't mean to hijack your post, just wanted to identify. Love, Mo.
