ok so I cycled 4 times in an hour. Decided that instead of eating nothing at all I would just try to eat very small portions so that my metabolism doesnt totally stop working, DH tells me all the time that if I dont eat then my metabolism will think I am starving it and shut down and then I wont lose any weight, so I figure if I eat but just dont eat very much then I will be better off. Like ok I ate half a bagel, half a whopper Jr and a side salad with no dressing or croutons or anything, just vegetables. I have not been eating dinner for the last few days and I havent really missed it. DH is gone till late at night so he assumes I ate with the kids and doesnt freak out on me, so its easy to not eat then. I really am not hungry and just eat for my meds but then I decided to do the whole small portions thing..what do yall think?

Coming from me...who doesn't eat...EAT EAT EAT! Please don't get into the whole not eating thing...I do this not eating thing...and it messes up my metabo SO badly...so yes, do the whole eating small portions thing.
ok...but how much is small? I mean is half a whopper and a side salad too much? or is it not enough? I obviously dont make good choices with eating or else I wouldnt be a freaking cow. Keli...you should eat too. You know you should, its hard but you have to. Eat small portions or just veggies, so you dont feel like you are eating bad. I dunno if that will work, but you can try it. I dont want you to get super sick, you dont need that along with everything else. Think about if you cant work, how will DS and DH take care of things?
