she and i played phone-tag all day. bottom line is, i go in on thursday. she wouldn't do any adjustments over the phone.
my mood is worse than yesterday. i've had a really rotten time of it since i came home. i'm ready to leave again. i own 3 vehicles and not one of them is running at the moment. my truck was backed into by a bus, my jeep failed inspection and there are other problems with that one, and yesterday the brakes on the car i bought primarily for dd started smoking.
the thing with the jeep was it didn't have that 3rd brakelight in the back. well, for some reason they decided to not pass it this year, where it had passed when i bought it 2 years ago, and then again last year. i talked to the dealer where i bought it and they said "so sorry, but it'll cost you $150 to get that for your jeep." so, after they soaked me for that, i went to install the thing. well in order to do that you need to remove the spare tire. not a problem...usually. there is apparently a special key to unlock one of the lug nuts. this is to prevent the tire being stolen. there is, however, one slight problem with this.........when i bought the jeep it didn't come with a key!! so i called the dealership back and they would gladly take that off for me but it would cost me $95 to have it done and another $25 to replace it.
