  • Eat/drink something
  • Take something

I voted on something else. I try a hot bath with some lavendar bath soap (either mine if I have some or the kid stuff). It usually relaxes me enough to fall asleep.

I don't have this problem yet. I crave sleep. And, I resent this constant desire to sleep. My thoughts anyway. Sunny Besides I am soooo tired today.

My my pen to your heart.

I said, "watch TV", which is what I usually do, but sometimes I will also read or go online, like I am now...

I don't get off work until 1am. I've had to rearrange my sleep pattern to adjust in order to be alert to work. I generally am not able to fall asleep until about 4:30. During this time, I do watch a bit of TV (I'll tape shows I missed while I'm at work, etc) and I have the internet in my room now. (Needless to say, it's 3:30 right now...I'm typing this message and watching Dr. Phil and I've got the Amazing Race to come after that.) Other than that, I really can't do anything else.
