my mood color was light purple, which is also my favorite color. It means clever, witty, and sharp. That was so cool.

I got the same thing...green, meaning "Excited Energized Adventurous Ready to go"...and for me, today, that was all too true! I thought I was going downhill, but I started the Zonegran yesterday, and maybe that had something to do with it...I was up til 4 AM last night and bouncing around all day today, though I've been feeling awful physically.

Sorry to go off on kind of a tangent, but it's a little relevant...I remember my therapist mentioning that I could try to keep some kind of record of my mood each day, just like a scale or some kind of description like that. Has anyone found anything like that online? I know I could just say "on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being bad"...but it would really help me to have some description of the moods that I could relate to, if that makes any sense.

Sorry again for the random question...thanks for the website, that was fun!

Edit: I kind of answered my own question after doing a little Googling...this site has a pre-made chart for keeping track of your mood, though it's only on a scale of -3 to +3, which doesn't seem like it gives a lot of detail. It's on this website, which also seems to have a lot of interesting stuff: http://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/clinicians/clinicianaids/index.cfm#Bipolar

the scale is at: http://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/clinicians/clinicianaids/documents/DailyMoodGraph_BP.pdf

Hope maybe this is helpful for someone else too...
