Do you get sudden anger outbursts?

I know we all get mood swings, but I'm talking about a sudden onset, uncontrollable burst of anger.
I've never been sure what to attribute this too. I'll be fine. Then I start getting stressed. Then it's as if I can feel my blood pressure rising and I begin to yell. It's almost uncontrollable.
Like the other day. I was doing "20" things at once, as usual.I have ADD too so I tend to do many things at once. I was watching a show on TV, cleaning up the family room, vacuuming during commercials and had dinner cooking. I was getting stressed trying to do so much, but I can't seem to stop. While I was vacuuming the show came back on. I stopped the vacuum, sat down just in time to smell dinner buring! While I went to the kitchen to shut off the sotve I missed the end of the show. It all came to a boiling point and I began yelling "can't anybody help do anything around here? Didn't anyone smell dinner burning besides me? couldn't someone go shut the stove off"
I was really upset and very angry for about 10-15 miutes, then I was fine again. It was no ones fault but mine, yet I still yelled at everyone.
So, is it just me or is this common in BP?

Oh, yeah!!!!
oh yeah....sometimes I think I'm the queen of these outbursts !!
God could not be everywhere, so
I tend to get like that in a mixed episode. For me, the definition of a mixed episode is where I'm pissed off really, really fast. Lately, since I've been on Depakote, I haven't been getting mixed episodes, which is good. It's tough to be so irritated and be stuck up in the house 24/7 with a toddler and a screaming baby. Anyway. Yes, it is definitely common! It's good that you recognize it, too. Maybe keep an eye on the warning signs, if possible, and maybe you will be able, in time, to head it off or to try and cool off before you boil over. It's a tough thing to do, but it is possible, even with BP and ADD.
Good luck!
