I decided to increase my meds on my own during the day--pdoc isn't available until next Tuesday. Actually I don't take any at all during the day which probably explains why I keep loosing it at work. It's all worn off by the time I wake up. Duh! So I am trying to take SOMETHING during the day to help calm my turbulent emotions. I could loose my job if I keep going nuts like this. But now I am feel like passing out and am very sick to my stomach. I hope I didn't screw myself up by adding meds. It just came on me about 30 minutes ago. I'm not sure I should even drive home and I get off in half an hour. I wonder if its the extra meds, anxiety, or both! Bleh!

I normally take 400 mgs of Serequel at night. So I simply took 1 extra 200 mg tablet this morning. I figured I had to try SOMETHING. I am getting pretty desperate. I am beginning to think this is an anxiety attack as I'm having some trouble breathing and my heart is pounding. Now if I can just hold off till 4...

if you took 200 mg of seroquel this MORNING its gone by now...sounds like anxiety to me...seroquel typically wears off in 5-6 hours...do you have any ativan or klonopin? if so, take one...even benadryl on the way home from the store will help you if its bad before you can get home will work WONDERS!

its not the extra seroquel...

u gonna be okay? get some benadryl if u don't have any ativan...

just be careful...don't you have a long drive???? it will make you sleepy...but of course, as much seroquel as you take, i would be KNOCKED OUT FOR DAYS! lol...

love you!

did the extra seroquel help today??? if so, tell pdoc that on tuesday and then start taking it every morning...you need it at night still though...

Benedryl works for anxiety? I had no idea. If that is the case I can see myself taking it by the truckloads in the future. I've never tried Ativan. I just know I need something, ANYTHING to help calm me down during the day without turning me into a zombie. That's a lot harder than I thought.

benadryl does work for some people, to calm them down...its helped me...i still get the whole icky feeling in my stomach though...my pdoc even told me to take it when i'm out of ativan...YOU NEVER HAVE TAKEN ATIVAN???? I'm so amazed! Talk to your pdoc about getting on Ativan during the day, in the a.m. to help control your anxiety/panic stuff at work. 0.5 mgs...I started with that dose 4 years ago...they'll tell you you can get addicted and all that, but its better than losing your mind day after day and losing your job. I'm not addicted to it either...I can go days without it and I only really take it at night, to sleep, since Seroquel turns me into a zombie.

Seroquel has no real effect on me that I know of. I can take 600 mg's with no problem. That's why I tried it. Xanax really helps but it puts me to sleep. I'll talk to pdoc about Ativan. As far as I know we've never discussed trying it before. I feel if I loose it ONE MORE TIME...
