the "friend" who disses me in public.
i'm very nervous...as tho i made matters worse.i feel as tho i sealed the deal on my so called insanity.
i wrote it after she wrote me telling me how much things had gone her way & then complained about it.
did i do the right thing?

I think you have every right to confront her....guess it depends on how it came out.
don't get into a huge fight with her....if she goes off on
God could not be everywhere, so
i'm very depressed today...after quitting my job.i thought i'd feel releived & i am depressed that i don't.
SuziQ,
you did the right thing. I would advise blocking her emails if she is upsetting you. I would also like to say, leaving a job often make folks feel low. Take the time to let your body digest the stress. Address your emotions journal them talk them out, what ever works for you. I use meditation and general quite time to help me process this kind of hurt and stress.
You should be proud of yourself, it is tough to confront someone behavior. Be strong and patient with yourself.
wishing all the best,
Christine
