I use to hate laundry when we were renting and had to go to the laundrymat or to my SIL's but now that we have our own washer/dryer I'm not as stressed as I can take my time and do a load whenever I feel like it.
He'll eat spicy but not as spicy as I like it.

It used to be washing up and taking out the garbage. Then I realized that I much prefer the way I wash the dishes and my pans and pots to the way my flatmates and guests did. But I did appreciate that people who regularly dropped in and ate at home would clear up and do the dishes.
Right now what I really do hate is mopping and cleaning the bathroom. Bathroom probably wins.
I like doing the laundry including the ironing. I like the symbolism of sorting out tangled clothes I'd worn throughout the week, washing them, ironing and putting them away for the new week to come. Ironing on Sunday afternoons is also a very good excuse to watch reruns of very old TV series LOL!
I hate mopping too, cleaning the bathroom I'm more neutral on. I don't like cleaning it, but I love a good clean bathroom, so I just do it.
That is a good reason to watch old shows.
