I am starting to feel a bit better...thank you to all of you for being there for me...you DO help SO much...

I am SWAMPED at work and will be for the next 2 months...that is a GOOD THING! I talked to Eric twice, well, cried to him once...I talked to my best friend Tracey too, and she is so realistic and she always helps me see what is real and what is BP. Its hard to know the difference, no matter how long you've been doing this crap.

I talked to my friend at work, instead of sitting here and feeling so dang sorry for myself...I got up and went and talked for a few minutes. I made a friendly date for dinner or drinks with a male friend of mine for later this week.

The more I do, the better I feel. There is nothing worse than inaction. But when you are SO DEPRESSED, sometimes its all I can do. Lay there...sit there...ugh.

My back still hurts like you know what...if it would get better, I think I would feel TONS better too.

Pdoc didn't call back yet, now I feel stupid for calling. But maybe she needs to know how BAD the depression is getting, and how fast I'm dropping. Ugh. Thought that was over with...ya know?

Anyway, wanted to let you all know I'm feeling better, and I love you all.

Keli,
I'm glad that you are starting to feel better. You have a lot going on and slow but sure you will get through it. I'm sure your pdoc has a good reason for not calling back. It's nice that you have a friend to talk to and that you were able to motivate yourself to do some things. Keeping busy at work sounds like it works well for you; hopefully that will help you, too.

I hope that your back is feeling better soon!

I am so glad to here that you are feeling better. I know about the pain part. It is hard to het up and get going. I did exactly that a few weeks ago ans it seemed to help me. I would just go out and take the furbabies for a walk. I hope you get over this hump soon
