I hope your surgery goes well and that you recover quickly without much pain (or at least with some good drugs LOL).

I was so happy to hear that your ceremony went so well! It sounds like you are an incredible worker...and that your boss is going to be in a lot of trouble for not mentioning his wife!

DHs are a funny thing. They will never be like us; they have a genetic defect: they are men! I will never let go of mine, I just hope I don't send him away with all of my "issues". I fear one day he is going to get the s*its of all of my problems and bail. I don't really expect him to understand but it would be nice if they tried a little harder; or at least faked it. I'm sorry to hear that you had such a rotten weekend with your DH and felt so bad about yourself (saying you hate yourself). I feel that way a lot but keep on chugging along. I am hoping one day I will be able to live with myself...I'm my own worst enemy!

Anyway, I am sending get well vibes to you. I'll make you a cyber cup of hot tea or a mixed drink and give you a cyber foot massage to help you feel better (unless you don't like any of that).

Have a great day. Hugs,
Peg

Good morning! It went well - all around. I hate being in strange places so was completely manic my one night in the hospital. I was cranky (I honestly don't mean too but when I am out of my comfort zone, I get weird) and then I couldn't sleep. They gave me 2 percocettes and by midnight I was calling the nurse - dh snoring didn't help. She didn't want to give me anything more so I started walking the halls and I wasn't suppose to be out of bed (we can be manipulative, no?!) and that got me an Ativan. No luck there either. I finally woke up dh at 4 am and had him wheel me outside for a cig. I got discharged the next day and the doc and nurses said I recovered quickest in history but they doesn't know it was the mania. So happy to be home!! Thanks for thinking of me - I've been dying to get back on the boards and get caught up!! Kelli
