A small glimmer of hope

About a week ago, I guess, I got a letter from my lawyer including her response to his nasty threatening e-mail to me. Well, apparently that was just the beginning for her. That letter was definitely frosty but then yesterday I got the official court papers that he is being served with about the hearing for the setting of the court date. He has no lawyer so he really should go, but I don't need to go.
Anyway, I had a couple of questions yesterday that I needed to ask her. One was

Traci,
I know your are going through a tough time. It is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but that glimmer of hope that is there, is the light at the end of the tunnel. You will work through this. You are strong and we love you. Going back to school is a great thing. I am going back too, in August. I am excited for both of us. I am going to be studying Psychology. What are you going for?
You keep hanging in there. We are all here for you.

Traci,
I was pretty sure that the court what look it at that way, but it's nice to hear it from somebody who REALLY knows what they're talking about.
Maybe if he doesn't show up for this hearing the judge won't continue it, but just make a ruling in his absence.
Thanks Marci. So far, in the past week that has been the only good news. So I'll take what I can get when I can get it. And thanks for the "good court fairy" I can always use her help.
Hugs,
Traci
