do you all notice changes in your eating habits depending on the mood you're in? if i'm depressed i usually couldn't care less about food, but if i'm manic i have trouble stopping, i'm just like a bottomless pit. does this happen to any of you? what do you do about it?

Yes I am absolutely that way. I must confess it is so hard to diet, not because I can not. Losing weight is actually scientific. You burn more than you take in. I can not say no to me! To my brain which seems to want everything. It is easier to diet when I am not
manic. But even then it is hard. So this is what I am workiing on. Sunny

My partner consumed massive amounts of sugar when manic. Just huge quantities like two boxes of icecream sandwichws washed down with 2 liters of soda a couple of times a day.
