Hi, I'm Amy, I'm new on here, I was diagnosed bipolar 2 years ago. I have been seeing a therapist and I am on medication, for the most part my mood swings are under control. I just thought I'd come on here and see what was going on, you know, have some people to talk to who can understand what I'm going through. Just thought I'd introduce myself =]

Hello Amy,
You have found the best support board and group EVER. The ladies here are wonderful people. My tdoc wanted me to join a support group and I told my first tdoc that I had one online. She looked at it and said it was a great group to active with. I love the ladies here and have come to rely on them greatly for advice, companionship, some where to vent with out being judged and they make me laugh. Its just a shame that we are all spread out over the country. I bet we would all have a great time if we went out......LOL I hope you stay and keep posting. You will fit right in here.
