I'll start us off.

I'm Traci and I live in Northern Virginia. In my "spare" (ha ha) time I enjoy watching my kids in their sporting events - usually baseball, softball and football games. I also enjoy bowling for a good stress reliever, it just is a shame that it costs so much to bowl.

Hey Traci!

I'm here. Was soooo depressed last week. Bad depressed Friday night...ugh. Panic attack. Doubled Lexapro, and since then have been better. Maybe a bit manic, but I have to be able to function, you know what I mean, I'm sure.

Super swamped today at work...trying to write budget, a 9 million dollar budget. So, the manicky is good, but my thoughts are a bit racy. At least I have energy to do it.

Guess I need to call pdoc and let her know I've doubled the Lexapro. Hope she says its okay...can't go back down again.

I guess for relaxation, I like to lay in my room, with the ac on cold, with incense lit, and either read or watch a movie...I've begun taking hot baths again, bubble baths, and it has been nice.

Life still sucks, but I'm hanging in there.

Hope you are okay.

I totally understand where you're at. Yes, definitely call your pdoc and explain to her why you needed to double the lexapro if she gives you any grief.

Stay with the bubble baths. They do help, so I'm told. I've got too many kids in my house to enjoy one.

I'm doing better. The effects of the toxicity of the lithium are slowly weaning themselves out of my system. I still have some of the side effects show up here and there but NOTHING like they were a week ago. I've been a little on the manicky side as well. I'm back to taking the klonopin at night so I can shut down long enough to sleep. But I will deal with that as long as I don't have to go back to what I was going through last week. That was a nightmare, and one I've lived one too many times.

You hang in there. Keep us posted and you know where to catch me if you need to.

Love U,
Traci

Hi everyone-

My mood is definitely leveling out from the lamictal a little (finally up to 100 mg! woo hoo) but the anxiety has gotten TERRIBLE!! I am having panic attacks daily. I was supposed to see my psychiatrist this morning and I got there and they said he wasn't it, they meant to call me. I nearly started crying, then they said they'd get me in this afternoon so hopefully he'll do something for me. I'm just in so much pain.

To relax... I like to exercise and eat way too much, haha. Good thing I enjoy both so they balanace out ;)

Hope all is well

Donna here in southeast Wisconsin.

I have been horrible actually....trying to get better tho.

I try to get massages, sometimes once a week...but they are only 20 minutes long, so they while they do help an hour one would be best !!!!

Morgaine here checking in from MO. To relax I like to do just about any kind of craft. I'm doing pretty well but there's a lot of stress in my life right now.

Tina, from Maryland. I am doing good, better than before. I try to relax by reading and going to the pier near where I live. We are on the water of the Chesapeake Bay. Looking out at the big water helps me to excape for a short time. I also, sometimes, take a shower a pretend I am under a water fall. I have been wanting to meditate more but haven't, I will try to do more of that.
