A tidbit learned in counseling

It certainly has been awhile since I've posted but I do read a lot and put in my 2 cents when I have something to add. I wanted to share something today I learned. As many of you know, I ended my marriage a little over a year ago. I had a brief A with someone last year and then came to terms with both relationships and ended both. Well, some regression has occurred. Not with AP but with ex H

Thanks for sharing your T's insights, and I look forward to hearing how your new plan works out.

Thanks for that post Sunshine. That is some amazing advice and reiterates all that is said on this board. I am at a terrible low right now regarding ME... not just the A, not just my M....but ME. I overanalyse everything and thinking is all I seem to do. My head is so cloudy with the past and I am finding it very hard to look forward to the future. I know what I NEED to do, but am not sure HOW to start getting there and just DOING. Learning to focus on positives is a process that takes a lot of time given that I have been overwhelmed with the negatives I have chosen for myself and inflicted on my innocent unknowing family. I will continue and am in the midst of seeking outside help. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Have a great day :)
