Gratituesday was born out of the idea that amid the chaos and craziness that ensues during the course of ending the A it is so important to recognize the GOOD, the IMPROVED, the BLESSINGS that exist in our lives despite our bad behavior no matter how small, or how insignificant it may seem.

I am grateful that at lunchtime yesterday, my phone rang, and it was my incredibly-busy, works-huge-hours, always-eats-lunch-at-his-desk husband saying "come down the lift, walk out the door, and turn right". So I did. And there he was sitting on the grass under a tree with a fresh loaf of bread, an avocado, two tomatoes, a bottle of apple juice, and two perfectly ripe peaches. And as I walked across the grass to where he was sitting, he just watched me and smiled as if I was the most beautiful woman in the world. Just like when we were first dating.
The feelings of happiness and contentment and love and appreciation I felt in that moment have filled my heart ever since.
Love and hugs to you all as you look around at the blessings in your lives.
Kat.
