Okay...so I feel like I'm coming to a major episode. There are things I can proactively do to prevent myself from falling completely apart.
1. Call my pdoc - just did that. She will call me back.
2. Up my meds...Topamax to 100 mgs from 50 mgs. I've hesitated about meds and now am paying the price. Stupidity, but so be it. Its done, now I must move on.
3. Continue exercising. I've gone to the gym twice in a row now with a friend.
4. Get my house back to myself and back in order.
5. Take care of my back while its out. Ice/heat. Rest. Sleep.
6. Journal, and document my pain in my pain journal. Rate my mood, and list triggers.
7. Continue to work on dietary changes...will help both BP and RA/Fibro.
8. Make lists - Topamax is making me forget things right now.
9. TODAY - Go home from work a bit early. I am not superwoman and I don't have to pretend to be. I have lots of sick time, It doesn't matter what my boss thinks, I have no assignments due.
10. Don't isolate myself.
So, what do you all think? Do I sound crazy, or does this sound on track???

Hello from Atlanta !!!
Don't make me come to Florida too and kick your behind girl !!
God could not be everywhere, so
I am new here and wish I could pull together a plan when and if I ever learn to notice that things are starting to fall apart. I am really proud of you. I am also really glad that you are on this board, you really give new BP people something to look up to. Good luck, but I dont think your going to need it.
