I love the cuddling with dogs. I LOVE my dog. She is a life savor. I don't think dogs know how much of a difference they make for us humans(that like/love dogs). We spoil our dog terrible. Her name is Molly but it should be princess...she runs the house...lol
My tdoc is trying to get me to walk to get exercise so my endorphines are released and make me feel better. I have decided that I will start walking in my neighborhood at least 3 days a week to start and then build up to more days as long as it doesn't rain.
Thanks for joining in. I thought it would be neat if we all came up with ideas for each other for coping, even if we don't do it ourselves. It's just a list.
