But have talked my way through the missing, hurt, anger and guilt. Still staying the course but finding work hard.
Iggy - your post to tuff about us needing the attention and escaping - resonated with me. Wanting the feel good hit - can still taste it even though it's fading and is being replaced by understanding for what it is.

Hoping next week at work will bring more clarity and ability to cope.

Thanks again all.

Yellow, I hope you managed to get thru work okay. Take this weekend to renew your resolve to make this happen. Focus on your family and remind yourself what you're fighting for. And when Monday rolls around, hold your head high, and tell yourself you CAN do this.

Aw my sunshine friend - I'm happy for you that you've stayed the course - it is a huge burden the LC - Tell us what you are doing for you? Remind me - are you M? I hope you were able to get through the rest of the day and were able to put your feet up and relax. :) It's a crazy life right now - breathe, then breathe again - Know you are loved.

Hey tuff, blue & lolly

Thanks for your replies! I am staying focused and know why I am doing this. It's just there is always this presence at the back of my mind of xap. Not like when in the A - but still there. I guess that will just ease overtime.
Lolly - am not good doing things for me. Am readinghere lots (getting addicted!). Finding am abletotake part in things with family and friends more and look forward to things. Not sure what else to do

work is still up and down. I can't see how I will get to indifference when I still see xap.

Thanks for being there.

What is it about 3???? Three weeks was tough for me also. So was 3 months. Just know that it gets better. For every step back, there is a step foreward. Keep reaching for the step foreward.
