I know you are mad, disappointed in yourself and feeling very low. Please believe me when I tell you it gets WORSE every time you break NC. I am on my 3rd try here, and I never knew something could get so ugly and pathetic and down right stripping me of any self respect I had left. YOU can do this. If there is ANY avenue you have left open for contact, close it. Every time I left a small opening he or I could get through. NOT this time. Trust the women on this board who are way farther along in their journey and do EVERYTHING they say. You WILL 100% get hurt again if you break NC. That is proven my every member on this board. Pick yourself up, start again, and don't look back. Save yourself. Your worth it.
You can do this Genevieve and we WILL help you. Post here in the weak moments and someone will steer you through. You have no other choice. WE can do this hun - I need you to believe this.

You are the only one who can answer that. I'll give you a few ideas though...
1) You had a weak moment and instead of coming here, you took it upon yourself to see what would happen.
2) You needed a fix. How did that work for you? Did he give you what you thought you needed?
3) You aren't fully comprehending what being "selfish" means.
4) It was more important to fish than to rededicate yourself back to your M and family.
So, work with those and let us know why YOU think you did this to yourself. And more importantly, are you back to NC again?
Pick yourself up, start again, and don't look back. Save yourself. Your worth it.

Thank you for your advice and support.
okay, now that you're done kicking yourself, re-gather your strength and recommit. That's the best use of your energy.
Next time you will know to come here rather than giving into your weakness. Addictions are hard to break, but not impossible.
