Well saw pdoc on friday He upped my seroquel to 600mg a night. I still get up at 3 am. And iit is always 3 am I haveno idea why. I got klonopin as well for the day anxiety. So that is new whith pdoc and meds. But I am going off my rocker. You all know I have a part time job in a book store. 2-3 days a week. But for some reason I am highly driven to find an office desk job, FULLTIME!!!!!!!!!!!! I am faxing, mailing and email my resume like a squirel storing nuts for

Hey Jo,
WOW 600mgs of Seraquel. I would be out for a month on that dosage. But you have a high tolorence. I have a high tolorence to pain meds. The doc always think I am some sort of druggy when I ask for a high dose of percocet. I don't always get it. So, therefore, my pain isn't treated properly. Same thing is going on with you with the Seroquel. Not high enough dose or you need another med that will get you to sleep and stay asleep for at least 8 hours. Have you talked to pdoc about one of the new sleep aids? Some pdocs will Rx them and some won't. Mine will not, but if I really wanted them I could get them from my GP.
Where do you live Jo? My bf loves the Andy Griffith show. He always says he wants to move to Mayberry.
We have little stores in our little area but we have to drive 20-25 minutes to the grocery store.
I hope you find some thing in office work. Maybe you just want something different and to get out of the house.

I live in Bedford, PA. Its south central PA. But I sit almost on the PA and MD state line. So I go to cumberland ,md for most of our stuff. Even thought we live in pa. Its quicker and shorter for me to go cumberland, md rather then bedford, pa.
If that's what you really want, I hope you find it!
I agree that Seroquel doesn't seem to be what you need to make you sleep--I think the normal dosage for sleep problems is like 25-50mg.
