Okay. So, I'm coming off Lexapro. I freaked out last night, crashed pretty hard...but here are my thoughts this morning.
We all know that with BP, a lot of it is our own fight. Meds can not do it all.
So, I have to focus my energies on staying well. Try to relieve some of my stress by working out, walking, some form of exercise. No overeating or bingeing. Get my work caught up. Move in with my dh for two months and then not RUSH to find an apartment I hate and can't afford. When I'm with dh for those couple months, I'll be able to afford the things I need, and take care of some bills.
Lean on my friends.
Rest. Not get overtired.
SEE MY TDOC!!!
Use distraction techniques whenever necessary. Write them down even.
Let go of guilt - hopefully tdoc will help with this
Drink more water.
Remember the power of positive thinking. YOU GUYS WILL HAVE TO HELP ME HERE!!!
Know that its just a MOOD and it will pass.
If I'm suicidal - go to the ER (as much as I don't want to do that)
Does this sound nuts???? I'm trying so so so hard to fight this, and be well.
Love to all,
Keli

no, it is not nuts and I love it !!!
I love how strong you are and how hard you want to fight, it is an inspiration !!!

God could not be everywhere, so he created mothers.
God could not be everywhere, so
((((((((((Keli))))))))))) It doesn't sound nuts at all! I think it's great that you've got a plan and that you've shared it with us. That way we can help you if you need help and can support you all the way! And I'm glad that you can stay with your dh while you get on your feet. So you stick to your plan and hang in there and remember that we're here for you.
Love You,
Traci
Great plan Keli!!
Good luck!!

YOU ARE AWESOME
You are a survivor. I told you you were an inspiration to me. You get knocked down and you get up fighting. I think your plan is awesome. I am coping some of it down for me to do.
