I'm sending p & pt your way for your dad's bypass. As for the taking care of your dad afterwards, your job should let you have the time off due to the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) it's
Jo, you and your family are in my prayers. I hope your aunt is able to help you out. I also hope that your migraines stop. I get them and they are horrible.
I'm loving the warm weather in PA...my heating bill never looked so good! I don't really like the cold weather, but I love to see a fresh blanket of snow covering everything. I have a feeling we will get some eventually.
Hey, Jo, I hope your dad's bypass goes well and getting all the family together and everything else. I can relate to the med change and migraines. I got diagnosed with bipolar diasorder in December and they started me out on Lamictal, which made my swings and extreme agitation and hostility so much worse, so they put me on Risperdol. Every day since I started that, I am nauseaous most of the day and groggy and I have a migraine that starts at about 9am and doesnt go away until about 4pm or so. Fortunately my swings are a little more under control and I don't get agitated as easily for no reason. But I don't think this med is going to work as well as my doc is hoping. I go back to see him in 2 weeks and hopefully by then things will be better, but I don't think they will. I'll keep you in my prayers.
