Anyone hate telling docs about the BP dx

So, I just changed OB's (20 weeks today...this is half done!!!! Yes.) and went to see the perinatologist about ongoing hyperemisis (severe vomitting). I had a small number of things I was concerned about that I thought concerned the peri and somehow most of the conversation was dominated by my BP (not on my list), my current lack of meds and the possibility that all my current pregnancy problems were really anxiety manifesting in a physical way. It's not the first time either. Why is the cost of being honest about your mental health history have to be a constant questioning of your capacity to analyze your own body. I'm doing what I need to do. I have a pdoc and a new tdoc and I'm working hard at being on top of things. I know I'm somewhat depressed, but who spends 5 months throwing up multiple times a day despite anti-emetics and doesn't feel depressed? I never claimed to be Pollyanna.

So, since I don't want to spend the rest of my life getting crappy medical care is it at all reasonable to withold information about the BP from other specialists?
