I've been getting really dizzy the last couple days. I have to keep my class schedule with me or I get confused and dont know which class to go to next. I have no problem with tests, we do a review on Wed (we're told exactly what is on the test) then the next day we take the test. Cake. My only problem with tests is remembering that there is a test and such.
Insomnia sucks. Hypersomnia sucks too. I can't function and just sleep so much. I'm not rested unless I sleep 12+ hours. Even then I'm extremely fatigued. My memory totally sucks too. I either can't remember stuff, or remember it totally wrong. Sometimes I stare at a spot and just zone out for awhile.
feeling wierd. Don't want to go to my Pdoc appointment on the 28th. It will be my very first EVER. I've been trying to write everything down and going back and adding things (symptoms and such) every week because I know when I go, I will just sit there and be blank and say I'm fine. Starting to have a "back-peddle-real-quick" feeling though. That feeling you get when you're walking to the lab to get blood drawn and think to yourself how you are submitting yourself to the needle stick and wonder why you don't just walk away and think about running out the door and driving home. (well, I think that but I'm scared of needles). Ugh. I DO want to go and get it done with, I want to get checked out and diagnosed I'd rather KNOW than not know and keep wondering whats wrong with me. But I still don't want to I guess I'm sort of scared. Have a feeling like they're going to cut me open and see inside (figuratively, not literally).
I'd better try to get to bed, have to get up early tomorrow.
Thanks for listening.

There are so many things that can cause this to happen. Get the blood work done. I would see your primary care doc for a whole panel of blood work. Also meds or combo of meds can do this. Hypothyroidism can make cause these symptoms and low blood sugar can too. I hope you find out what the cuase is and it is corrected soon. I have problems with vertigo and this causes me to be dizzy, tired and memory problems...see like I said it could be a number of things. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

Tina's advice about having bloodwork done to rule out physical causes is an excellent one--I hate needles too, but there are other ailments that can affect us mentally too and it's best to rule them out.
