DD's Home!

The title says it all. DD was cleared to come home today. She seems to have really benefitted from her stay at the hospital. She's got her priorities in order now where she didn't before. She's taking extra time off from her part time job so she can get caught up on her school work and isn't letting the school work stress her out. Everyone is happy to have her home:) I want to thank you all for your support during this ordeal. It was really hard on me seeing her in there, but she seems to have overcome her separation anxiety which is excellent. She, in my opinion, is ready for her trip to Scotland this summer. Now we just have to get her pdoc to ok it. I don't think that will be a problem once she sees how well dd has adjusted. As with me, this hospitalization was probably the best thing that could have happened to her. So now we're all back home and better than before. I just hope that neither one of us ever has to endure i/p again. Thanks again for your support through this. It meant a lot to me.

Hi Traci - a little late in response but I've been reading! Congrats to you and your DD!! She will love getting completely away. My dd went to Prague and we finally got rid of "the horrible boy". I know a different thing but life changing all the same.
Best of luck to both you babes!
Pug hugs, Kelli
