Hi Everyone,

My name is Traci
I live in Northern Virginia
I'm still stable and LOVING it!
Now is camping season so that's my hobby for this time of year:)
Hope to hear from you all!
Hugs,
Traci

My name is Ting (screenname)
I live in Tennessee
I'm stable with my meds but experiencing a bit of a downswing. I'm so-so today, better than yesterday. I would be a wreck without my meds.
Hobby - Right now reading is the big one. I also LOVE to travel and that keeps me on the upswing. I want to find something else to keep myself busy, though, like church activities or scrapbooking.
Hugs!
MC or Brenda
I live in the panhandle of Texas.
I'm in a depressive mood right now. Several things may be to blame.
My hobby right now is cruising the boards here at iVillage.

I was recently diagnosed with Bipolar I, last episode mixed (was previously diagnosed Bipolar II). Just got out of the hospital Tuesday. I'm currently a little (although I don't know when I'm a little and when I'm a lot) manic, got only 22 minutes of sleep (more on that in another post) last night. I'm feeling impatient at dh for calling me all the time when I got stuff to do. And miffed at the Jehovah Witnesses for talking my ear off (no offense to any present JWs listening). I still got 4 loads of laundry to do and a house that needs some serious cleaning.
The hobby I pursue most is surfing the internet, researching various topics, learning as much as I can about them.

I have been depressed for a long time, but I think it's finally starting to lift

Still riding the rollercoaster of my mixed episode, low at the moment. Called pdoc yesterday and haven't heard back yet.

Bipolar Type II, GAD, Social Anxiety, OCD tendencies, SAD, ADD, Insomnia
Not sure what I am right now. I had to go off ALL of my meds immediately last weekend when I had a liver enzyme test come back at 10x + normal levels. My pdoc gave me one new med to help with the withdrawals from the clonazapam and the anxiety. I am on zero mood stabilizers and antidepressants right now. I did immediately up my dose of Omega-3s and add B12 and Chromium.
During this week, I have also had two other significant health things going on. I had a pelvic ultrasound to see if I needed to have an endomitrial biopsy. Fortunately, there are a couple of benign things going on, nothing outstanding.
I had my mammogram last week. I was phoned on Monday to come back in due to a node that they found and wanted to take a closer look at. Unfortunately, I will be going back in for a biopsy of this node. It did not look good at all.
All this following my dh's dx of prostate cancer a month ago. I have no idea what is situational and what is chemical.
I'm looking forward to getting my new plants potted today.
