Hi everyone,
Who is using Lamictal and where can I find a cheap pharmacy?
I'm not sure what Canada has to offer or their prices--I'm not even sure what the full price of them are here in the U.S. My insurance is a blessing.
I'm Bipolar I--my current meds are:
Mood Stablizers:
Lamictal 150mg
Lithium Carbonate ER 1350mg (450 in the morning; 900 at night)
Antidepressant:
Lexapro 20mg (SSRI)
Remeron 30 mg (Atypical)
Antipsychotic:
Invega 9mg (reinvention of Risperdal--supposed to have less side effects)
Anti-Anxiety:
Klonopin 1.5mg (0.5mg 3 times per day)
Sleep Medicine:
Ambien CR (12.5mg as needed)
I've been on this precise regime for only 3 days, so well see how it goes; but I've got a good feeling about it.
Amy,
Here's a link to a savings offer on Lamictal that one of our members posted a while back which will save you $10 on each prescription for a while:
Wow, those are great links for Lamictal cl-kcisis, thanks!
I, too, recommend seeking out mental health centers in your area. Once I lost my health insurance (divorce), I was forced to go to ours, and it actually turned out to be great. It's super clean (I don't know why I mention that, I guess it's just that sometimes when you think of community health centers or free health services you think they may not be quite up to par in the cleanliness department!), the people are friendly, and my care and medicines are free. The only downside is that they are sometimes out of Lamictal and I'll have to wait a few days for it. :(
