Letter "bombs"

Some days it just doesn't pay to open the mail--I got not one, but 3 "letter bombs" yesterday!
1st one is from my attorney-I have a hearing on the whole state tax thing for mid July.

((((((((((Marci))))))))) I'm sorry you have to go to court, but am glad to hear that it will all work out for you. And glad that the banking incident was straightened out.
As for the yard fiasco, I can definitely feel your pain. We had a neighbor file a similar complaint not too long ago. Trash in the yard and uncut grass/weeds. Well, our lawnmower had been broken and just about the time we were notified of the complaint we got our lawnmower back and I mowed the yard. A town public works man came to the house and pointed out the things that had been complained about and told me what was "ok" and what would have to be moved. He told me that 95% of what was in the front yard could stay. Then within 2 weeks we received a certified letter from the town saying that everything I had been told was ok was no longer ok and we had 5 days to "fix" it or we would face a $3,000.00 fine. So, naturally I enlisted the help of my kids the day I received the letter and we had the yard mowed and the front yard looking much better but i still have a lot of work left to do - the whole back yard which is much bigger than the front and is much worse for the wear. But my 14 year old daughter said she'd help me with that. To get the other two to help is like pulling teeth. Now all I need to do is find the time to do it. Plus the fact, the lawnmower that we just got fixed broke again last week.
So, I can definitely relate to that. I hope you get your car cover. And I'm sorry that you have to get one. I can't stand neighbor's that can't come to you and say "Hey, this and such is bothersome, can you maybe do something about it?" But would rather run to the town and say "Stick it to them." Grrrrr..........
Hang in there. We're here for ya!
Hugs,
Traci
