Happy #35 to me

So I'm 35 and have been dxed bp for 15 years. I thought most of the fight was behind me but it has returned. I guess it will always be a fight. I'm old now (depending on who you ask), and this darn disease has stolen a lot of my adult life from me.
OK, OK. It IS my birthday. Can't I whine a little?
All of that aside, I really feel OK today. I hope my birthday will be a good day, and I will get better. There's always hope, isn't there? Whatever happens too, I can always fish for birthday wishes:P.

Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to trouchflute.....Happy Birthday to you!!!!!!!!! and sung as badly off key as I can, because knowing you are the musical sort, I know it will grate on your nerves as badly as it does me. LMBO!!!! Imagine a REALLY bad middle school band only ten times worse. Being able to carry a tune lets one be able to really butcher things when one wants. LOL.
OH, and who says 35 is old? Certainly not me as I am going 40 next mo.

TK, you forget, not only am I a musician, I am also a certified music teacher. I am quite used to the peculiar sounds that eminate from elementary school choirs and beginning bands (I even spent a year teaching beginning band.)
SO, give it your best shot. NOTHING that would come out of your mouth would phase me:P. LOL!

Happy Birthday, Beth!!
Happy birthday Beth,
I know what you mean about this disease taking so much from you. I feel the same way. It has prevented me from finishing school, which I am hoping to do, but whatever comes comes. I had many dreams for my life that Bipolar has taken from me. It truely does suck.
You are a great person even with bipolar. You have accomplished so much in your life.

I did not realize you were a music teacher as well....much less a beginning band teacher. Well at least I hope I brought back pleasant memories with my caterwauling. LOL.
