2. A small town (~3000 people) in mid-missouri
3. Married to a great guy for about 3 years now. 3 children - 11 and almost 14 & 17. dx'd a few years ago. I work in information technology. Love to read.
4. Not enough. I've been struggling with depression from a med change. I know it would get better if I went to the gym but I just can't seem to get motivated.
Helps to answer your own roll call doesn't it!

1) Your name, whether it's real or the nickname you want to use here
I am Dawn. Yes, that's my real name. The way I figure it, any stalker who would choose to come after me would run the other direction once they figured out what they were dealing with!
2) Where you live, as much detail as you feel comfortable with
I live in NE Ohio
3) A little bit about yourself, your family etc.
This could get long. I live with my ex-husband, two teen dd's, dd's boyfriend, one cat, and a guinea pig who's just staying for the summer. I work full-time as a Mechanical Designer and part-time at an office supply store. My ex and I are engaged to be remarried next March.
4) What are you doing to take care of you this summer?
Well, I thought I had taken care of me already, but it appears I was wrong. I have an appt with the pdoc on 7/10 so hopefully we can come up with a reasonable solution for my on-again off-again symptoms. I also think I need to get back to regularly seeing the tdoc.

2) NE Oklahoma
3) I've been married for 9 years. Husband is a Computer Helpdesk Analyst for an Health Insurance firm. We have 3 children. My oldest, Becky, has Mood Disorder NOS and ADHD. She's 8 1/2 y/o. My middle child is a boy by the name of Bobby--he seems to have his sulky moments. And my youngest, Rachel, is a livewire to the max. We're having problems with obedience with her. Summer school just let out. I'm probably going to have to start taking my Klonopin again. They stress me out so bad. Although when I'm baseline they don't effect me nearly as badly.
4) I'm going to stay on my meds, even though I'm often tempted to go off. I wonder if the meds aren't making me worse. *shrug* But I'll be good. I'm current in a depressive state. The PDoc upped my Lamictal and decreased my Invega. So far I haven't noticed a change. I already feel overmedicated and no apparent effect.
Currently med regime:
Lithium 1350 mg
Lamictal 225 mg
Lexapro 20 mg
Remeron 30 mg
Invega 9 mg
Synthroid .5 mg
Klonopin .5 mg - 3x per day as needed.

I have been married to dh for 8 years, we have 2 beautiful sons. Cole is 2.5 and Eli is 7months old.
4) What are you doing to take care of you this summer?
Okay, well no lectures... but I am going to make an appointment for a consult about getting gastric bypass done or the process started anyways. I am also planning to start school in Aug and trying to get things in order for that, to get my nursing degree. I'm trying to think realistically about the future, which I've never really done before... so this is all a huge step for me!

I'm TK's DW so he already told you about our family life. DD turned 9 on June 25.
4) What are you doing to take care of you this summer?
Well, first off TK did get the truck running after over a year in the garage.
I'm going to try to keep my sanity with my kids and not kill my DS. I also get to host up to 5 other boys who come over to play gamecube or other games with him. Poor DD doesn't have any friends that come over but she is happy to chase after the boys. Actually I don't mind having them here, it keeps DS calmer to some extent and I know where he is so I know he isn't getting into trouble.
Aside from all that I am going to try to keep my garden weed free (yea like that will ever happen) and enjoy the fruits of my labor when we start eating things from it. Fresh vegies are always better then store bought.
