What are your plans for the week? Anything you would like to accomplish or have planned?
As some of you may know I am trying to eat healthier and trying to get back into exercising, so my plans for this week are:
1. exercise 3 days this week. I am doing Walk way the pound dvd. A mile take me 16 minutes so my goal is to a mile each day and some stretches.
2. Drink more water.
3. Get my bedroom cleaned up and more organized.
4. Go to see RA doc on Thursday.

Let's see...this week I am taking ds to day camp M-Th. then dd and I go to my school and she attends camp in the morning while I work to gain some extra money. I would like to get to the gym every day this week. I have tdoc on Tues. Oh, and I have a dinner date with my dh on Thurs (it's great to have a date with him...we just celebrated our 17th anniversary on the 15th). I have a meeting to go to M, T, and Wed. eve. I hope to get the pool cleaned out and weed the hill in the back yard...I don't even know what is a flower and what is a weed at this point LOL. That should pretty much kill the week.
