Today i feel crazy. I have this ants crawling in my brain sensation and i wanna hide under my desk. Worse yet i gfeel like when people look at me they can tell. SIGH....o well. The whacked out thing is i dont feel sad or depressed but I feel really crazy.

The times that i feel the most "crazy" are when i am around people who know that i am BP,

and they sort of expect me to flip out over nothing. Esp.my DH...he blames every

emotion or action that I do or don't take on being BP. Actually, I think most of the

weirdness is just my own natural personality. In truth, I feel crazy all the time... I

try to fit in with the so-called normal of the world but it requires a great deal of

patience & restraint, and even then, I am better off just being myself. (Okay...a

socially acceptable, controlled version of myself:)lol

I know what you mean. Not many people know im BP or GAD. Most people who find out think GAD is just in my head or not real. So i spend alot of time w/my internal dialouge. of all the people i know only 5 know whats going on. Most of the time a comment is made about BP people are unaware that i am so i can correct the wrong statements and ideas people have w/o actually telling people.

I hate trying to fit in it takes so much effort and i feel phoney but i have to for work, social situations etc...Oh well one day this will be a thing of the past

Totally agree. In fact, I haven't even told my husband about the diagnosis because I know it will backfire on me one day.
