shame chart??

My Psydoc wants me to make a shame chart. Has anyone here ever worked with one. Not sure how much to put down, if it even matters how much is on paper. He means if I feel bad about myself I should put it down on paper and then list all the good things going against that feeling or thought. Does that sound clear as mud?

I am unable ot give legal or medical advice. My opinions are based on my experiences and my personal research.
It is weird, but some psychologist and psychiatrist use it as a form of behavior modification. It is supposed to help with seeing where you think your not doing well and making positive behaviors to change what you don't like. I have heard it can be successful with some patients. Try it, what can it hurt? If you find you don't like it then tell your pdoc. You can also ask him why he chose doing this with you and see what his answer is.

Sounds like he is trying reverse phyic on you. Unless I am miss understanding as well.
For every bad you are suppose to write down a good.
Like if we feel like a failure we are suppose to list good things as to why we are not.
