*phew* My dad, brother, sister and I aren't the only ones them. *grin*
Everyone else I've talked to, both of my moms included think it is so gross!
But, I am quite picky with the pickles I eat and the juice I drink. It has to be crunchy dill..not sweet at all!!
And I am also picky with olives too.. My favorite are the US ones in the cans.. Especially the Safeway generic ones or ones like them. Olive here are different.. I've only recently found some olives that are close in taste to those..But the store doesn't always have them, so I mainly eat green olives here.
I don't care for vinegar itself much...
And I feel sorry for your daughter and the missing pickle juice!
I would be upset if all the pickle juice was gone.. I only take sips.
My ex-BF introduced me to "pickle-n-cinis". Which is pickles poked with a fork and then stuck in a Pepperincini jar to get spicy for a few days.. YUMMY!! I miss those! I can't find the right kind of pepperincini's here!
I love Nalley Banquet Dills. *drool* I could eat tons of those! And here in Finland I like Felix pickles.
I've never had dried olives...is it like raisins?
