Hello, I still where an apron for some of the reason you listed, but mostly because I'm usually rushing in from work and I have to start dinner but I'm scared I'll get my work clothes messed up. Alyssa even has an apron. I actually found one in her size at Wal-Mart.~Chasity

39 years ago, when I was about to be a starry-eyed newlywed, I made my husband a BBQ apron out of pillow ticking with red apron strings, and his name embroidered on the pocket in red thread.

Michael has a red BBQ apron, I actually likes his more than mine, but mine does have more coverage. His is a knee length "waiter/kitchen staff" style, Michael only uses for when he's holding hot items or wiping his hands.

It gets better with time, but it never completely stops hurting.

I have a green apron my sister made me several years ago for either xmas or my bday! I love it!!!

Although, I don't wear it as often as I should. Maybe I need to put it where I can see it more..

Okay ya'll ready to laugh..........I have a garden apron. Michael bought it for me acouple of years ago because I am always losing my seed packs and garden shovel. Since I've been wearing it I haven't lost anything because everything I need is in my pockets.:)

We all learned how to sew by making an apron in home ec.
After I got married, I thought the neatset thing I had was
my green and white chef's apron to wear in the kitchen.
I felt more "official" when I was wearing it!
