I'm sorry I haven't been no much lately. I'm going through a very tough time. Michael and I have separated. Let's just say I was doing all the giving and he was doing all the taking. I will admit I'm a bit sad but I'm trying to stay postive. Like for example the home I am renting is a Frank Lloyd Wright design, Alyssa is attending a wonderful school, my house is cleaner, and I can come and go as I please. But cooking is where I am having a problem.........how do you cook for 11/2?~Chasity

So things are going well I'm redecorating the home, because it was built in the 60's and seeing how it is a Frank Lloyd Wright it is suppose to have a modern 60's flare to it, so that is what I'm shooting for. As for cooking I'm getting much better. I put a chicken in the rostissere(yeah I spelled that wrong) and any meat left over I just put in the fridge for Alyssa. So when she gets hungry I can take some small pieces with a piece of corn on the cob and lunch is served! Oh and I just noticed that some veggie companies make single serving can vegetables:D~Chasity
