I start with a pineapple. Lay it on it's side and cut through, even through the leaves.

Thanks for all your help.. I wish you WOULD come over and help me...LOL.. That would be so great!!! You have some great ideas!!

Since this weather is so blah, I think I'm going to have to cook everything inside. Hubby is the Grill master(LOL) and I don't think he'll want to grill in the rain...

Another question:

No need to peel all those potatoes.

I'm just guessing, that you are talking about 1 lb. pkgs of pasta.

Thanks so much for the easy "recipe". I never really thought about baking them.

Hi Lisa,
Welcome to the board and out of lurking!

I love all the ideas you've gotten so far. But the one that stuck out in my mind the most was tacos! I so love tacos!
I also like the idea of bugers and dogs.

My DHs niece recently had a taco that included only the soft flour shell with cucumber and chips inside. She was perfectly happy. LOL

You don't have to peel the potatoes for salad. My family never does and it tastes perfect!

Yep, a thin skinned potato should be cooked skin-on, and served with skin LEFT on!
