Hi Mona! Welcome to the board! You've found the perfect board for asking questions. And yes, Karen does love questions, tons of them! I know I've asked her some of the most simple questions over time, but they just confused the heck out of me!
I love mangos and I KNOW how to cut them! But I had no idea how to explain it easily..so I went and did me a search. :) And guess what?!! I found a video AND a picture/text description of how to cut 'em up! It really is so easy once you know how: Video: http://lifehacker.com/software/cooking/how-to-cut-a-mango-185005.php Pic/text: http://www.wildoats.com/u/department173/ This is my favorite way to eat them and what I remember from my childhood!
Happy eating!
p.s. The website for the 2nd link is awesome! It has recipes and tons of other fun stuff!

I've bobbed for 51 apples so far! (Want to get some of your own? Click the apple to find out more!)
I am SOO remiss...I forgot to address our queston about grilled zucchini and squash! This is a topic we did here for MY OWN DAUGHTER a few months ago. I can't find the post, but here is the deal:
Slice zucchini and squash LENGTHWISE, or on a long bias, so they will lay on the grill without falling through.
Mona!
Wow!
I'm glad you found this board too!!!
