Turkey or Ham...?

Hi girls!
I am doing some research for a marketing project and I wanted to get your guys opinion on something. Do you cook turkey and ham dishes regularly outside of the traditional holiday periods? If you don't, what stops you from cooking them during the rest of the year? What do you think would make you want to cook turkey and ham on a regular basis? I would love to hear all of your opinions and feedback on this topic.
Thanks!!!

I enjoy cooking a turkey, so I might do a couple
during fall/winter in addition to holiday time.
And if I'm not in charge of the family's bird,
I still do a turkey right around Thanksgiving
anyway. We LOVE turkey leftovers.
As for ham, I don't enjoy that as much. There is
a lot of pressure associated with selecting and
preparing the ham. I do not cook a ham unless I
have to.

I love to cook turkey, all year 'round, but I look for drumsticks or wings.
I cook both turkey and ham dishes. Sometimes I cook a whole turkey, small, because I like the economy of it. If I were to chose I like ham best.

I forgot all about buying turkey parts.
Once, and once only, I bought a pack of
turkey drumsticks. Seemed like a lot of
trouble for what you get. I came up with
a nice barbecue sauce, but still. I'm no
fan of leg meat.
I do buy whole turkey breast from time
to time. Throw one in the turkey roaster
and it is SO moist when it gets done.
I like ground poultry. I'll use it in my
spaghetti sauce or enchiladas mostly.
