Hey everybody, I'm also a newcomer to this message board too and I hope to share some recipes, tips, and the other stuff. I've recently realized I love to cook things that I've never cooked before, especially cakes, pastries, cookies. Those kinds of foods are my favorite to make. Anyway, chat ya later.

Thanks for the HUGE welcome! I haven't cooked anything worth bragging about lately, except for these pastry cinnamon cookies that I took to work and made the ladies I work with guinea pigs. hehe They didn't seem to mind though. I found the recipe in Family Circle. All you use is pastry sheets, cinnamon and sugar. That's basically it. Very good. (If anyone wants the full recipe, let me know. Or you can find it in the latest Family Circle under "Baby Elephant ears". Anyway, thanks and I will definitely be around!!

I haven't thought of using puff pastry for other than sweet things yet. What kinds of things could you make?
I'll have to look at that link, but DH is rushing me off the computer. He got a new game today. Such a big kid. :O) Thanks!!
