Wow, that sounds delicious. I'm going to have to try something like that. And it's so easy to work with. Ahh, you could do pigs in a blanket with those too...lol I love those things.

I really like this website. Thank you!

That sounds reallly good. You could make your own hot pockets...I'm already making dinner plans for tomorrow. :)

You can bake up puff pastry in squares or triangles, pop the top with your finger (the ultimate kitchen tool, I personally have 10 of them, and swear by them) and fill the cavity with a warm creamy meat, mushroom, or seafood sauce.

It seems to be really easy to work with and you can think of quite a few things to fill'em with and wrap'em with. Next time I go grocery shopping, I'm gonna get some to experiment with. :)

I am also new to iVillage and, of course, the message boards. I'm a mom of 3 grown children, stepmom to 3 grown children and grammy to 2 grand-daughters and a grandson due in March. I love cooking as told by the shape of me. I like to try different regions of the country and of the world. I live in the south, so I know a thing or two about Southern cooking. I also like easy and quick meals. I am a Food Network junkie. Can't wait to meet all of you nice ladies out there. Sandi
