hi... i just signed on to this message board...i am hoping to find out more about it... i am looking for a group of women who can help each other answer questions regarding recipes and other kitchen related things...i love being in the kitchen, i love trying new recipes ... i try 23 new recipes per month...i dont remember the last time that i have made the same meal twice... i collect recipe books and recipes... i love to learn new things about cooking and baking. i hope this message board will be of some value and fun... diane

That's wild! I eat pig quite a bit, I can't eat fish and I've never tried goat.

Hey Hanna,
That Spinach Triangles Puff pastry link you gave is a lot like the thing I made last week, but I did mine as a quiche or pie.

I just laid the puff pastry in the bottom of a pie pan, and then everything on top of it.. plus some dijon mustard. It was so yummy!
