I've figured out what my "online store" should sell.

What I don't get is why don't they buy all socks in the same color - say, black, or dark blue. Then they would always match, no? what about that nonsense about grey polkadot on black, dark blue with seam, without seam, different length... gosh!

Or, all guys could be like my silly Dutch friend: not care about if your socks match and just grab two and put them on. :)

Or, you could be like Gracie Allen in that famous skit - She's folding George's socks and her friend points out that she's paired up a blue sock and a brown one.

I LOVED that skit, Elaine, and I still use the line when I see a man who obviously dressed in the dark.

One of my friends married a grocery store owner who was very inventory-concious.

I guess I'm the odd one out here, I'm the one always loosing a sock in the laundry and DH's are always matched! Just tonight I'm missing one of my socks. They almost always turn up, sometimes in the strangest places. I love having one fall out of my pant leg at the office...better yet a pair of panties! lol Things get dry in TX and static is bad at times lol. DH does the laundry most of the time, I'm the folder and one VERY lucky gal!

I didn't know what to have my DD buy her Daddy for Christmas so we got him new slippers and socks. :) She's having a tough time keeping the secret, thankfully she seems to have forgotten about Daddy's gifts :)

Interesting discussion for a food board lol. How about some cookie socks? Be those would go missing quick! lol

I just did 3 double batches of peanut butter balls today along with 1 double batch of peanut brittle. I did some brittle last night to see if I could and it turned out great! Even with the high humidity today it worked out, I was super happy. Next year I may even try divinity. :)

Hehe. I don't think I've ever had panties fall out of my pant leg at work, but it has happened at home!
I did one day dress in the dark..or at least my nylon socks were so black that I couldn't see their difference in design..until I got to work and was wakling around. Thank goodness I had long pants on so you could only see an inch or two of them AND I was behind the counter most of the time. I'm not sure if I've ever worn those socks again. LOL

Hey, would you like to share your peanut butter balls and peanut brittle? I love peanut butter and I can't remember the last time I've had brittle!!
